- Full deposit upfront for any request.
- Any graphic up to 30 inches by 30 inches. Please include any changes to the design or coloring, and the sizing you would like the rug in your request.
- A reference photo is required and can be sent to [email protected]
- After the request has been received, a quote for pricing will be emailed to you. If we decide to move forward with the request, a customer number will be assigned to you via email.
- Your custom request, labeled with your assigned customer number, will be located on the product page under the customs category. You can select your request, add it to your cart, and purchase it in a few easy steps!
- The tufting process of your custom rug will begin once payment has been completed.
